Job summary

Rivet Operations Company is seeking a Financial System Administrator to support the ACC Host Base Comptroller Squadron at Seymour Johnson AFB in Goldsboro, NC. Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Tier 3 investigation and SSBI documented for access to classified info.
• IT-II certification and elevated privilege via DISA STIG.
• DoD Common Access Card (CAC) for installation and network access.
• DoD 8140 DCWF standard for System Administrator role by start date.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and basic peripherals.
• Knowledge of Windows, Office, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain staff workstations per AFNETOPS guidance.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot financial apps (DEAMS, DTS, CRIS, DJMS, IAPS, JOCAS, ADVANA).
• Provide same-day troubleshooting and escalate within 8 hours.
• Manage HQ ACC/FM telecoms and Government devices.
• Handle 50-65 PCs weekly, setup hardware, and perform inventory duties.
• Deliver training on Office, Windows, Power BI, and telework tools.
• Act as IT Asset Manager and Equipment Custodian with inventory control.
