Masimo Medical Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Financial Analyst, Accounting to support month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting for accuracy and GAAP compliance.

Based in Irvine, CA, this on-site role collaborates with Accounting, Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and assist audits and process improvements. Salary range $70,000–$90,000 plus up to 10% bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years in accounting, financial analysis, or similar.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and month/quarter-end close.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/financial reporting systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Analyze general ledger accounts, identify trends and variances.
• Prepare financial analyses and reports for management and external reporting.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies in line with US GAAP and policies.
• Assist audits with schedules, documentation, and responses.
