This on-site, full-time role centers on transparent counseling and accurate aid processing to support students' educational goals.

You will verify files, assist with FAFSA and verification, manage ISIRs, coordinate with Admissions, and uphold DOE guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in financial aid, student accounts, or related customer service.
• Eligible to access DOE systems (NSLDS, COD, FSA).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, video conferencing, and databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a student-focused service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students on financial aid options and eligibility.
• Guide FAFSA and loan paperwork; assist with verification.
• Develop private-pay payment plans and document arrangements.
• Advise veterans on VA and SAA guidelines.
• Audit ISIRs, verify files, and ensure compliance.
• Enter and update financial aid data in SIS.
• Coordinate with Admissions on schedules and appointments.
