Job summary

GAC Enterprises LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to serve as the primary on-site representative, overseeing daily field operations from mobilization through completion. You will directly supervise crews and subcontractors, execute work in the field, and partner with Project Managers to keep projects safe, on schedule, and on spec.

Outdoor, physical role on active construction sites, with potential nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of telecom/construction field experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license; OSHA certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations from mobilization to completion
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors on site
• Verify subcontractor documentation, certifications, and work completion
• Perform white lining and 811 locate inspections
• Review drawings and verify field feasibility
• Maintain project records and as-builts
• Update progress in Fieldwire
• Enforce OSHA/DOT/PPE compliance on all sites
• Train and mentor field employees
