Job summary

USA MOT Motion Industries, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician II to provide on-site service for hydraulics, component repair, welding and related systems.

You will perform installation, diagnostics, repair and preventative maintenance with regional responsibility to ensure equipment operates at peak performance. The role requires a technical degree and 3–5 years of related experience, with strong reading of hydraulic schematics and excellent communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Technical degree required.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site services for new and existing clients, including emergency repairs and upgrades.
• Installation, diagnostics, repair and support for equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose problems, assess scope, document findings, and decide on repair or parts replacement.
• Communicates technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Mentors less experienced technicians and may lead small projects at customer sites.
