ELGi North America is seeking a Field Service Technician in Lithonia, GA to install, repair, and maintain compressed air equipment at customer sites. Focus on safety, quality, and service excellence while working with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial equipment maintenance, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Valid driver's license and clean MVR required.

• Must have 2+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test compressed air equipment on-site at customer facilities.
• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on-site.
• Consult with and advise customers on equipment needs, maintenance, and repairs.
• Document work using designated forms and submit reports promptly.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Parts and Sales) to service customers.
• Other tasks as needed or assigned.
