Job summary

Pattons, Inc. in Alabama is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, diagnose, repair, and service compressed air equipment at customer sites. You will uphold safety, quality, integrity, and collaboration while delivering on-site service.

You will coordinate with Parts and Sales, document work, and communicate maintenance needs to customers. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, 2+ years in industrial equipment maintenance, and strong time management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with industrial equipment maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test compressed air equipment on-site at customer facilities.
• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on equipment on-site at customer facilities.
• Consult with and advise customers on equipment needs, maintenance, and repairs.
• Document work performed using designated forms and submit reports to appropriate business units.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate service to customers.
• Other tasks as needed or assigned.
