Job summary

Patton's, Inc. is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, repair, and perform routine maintenance on compressed air equipment at customer sites. Safety, quality, integrity, and collaboration are emphasized as you diagnose, troubleshoot, and document work performed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and 2+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience, with additional certification requirements for EPA 608 and ASSE 6040 preferred.

Qualifications

• Driver's License with clear Motor Vehicle Record
• 2+ years' industrial equipment maintenance experience
• Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time management skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal / customer service skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Keen attention to detail
• 1+ years' compressed air system maintenance experience
• 1+ years' refrigeration equipment maintenance experience
• EPA Section 608 Technician (Universal Refrigerant) Certification
• ASSE 6040 (Medical Gas Maintenance Personnel) Certification

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test compressed air equipment on-site at customer facilities
• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on compressed air equipment on-site at customer facilities
• Consult with and advise customers on compressed air equipment needs, maintenance, and repairs
• Document work performed using designated forms and submit reports to appropriate business units in a timely manner
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, Parts and Sales Departments to facilitate service to customers
• Other tasks as needed or assigned
