Job summary

Integra in Houston is seeking a Service Project Manager, travel-ready and on-site for active projects. You will oversee day-to-day equipment installation, start-up, and commissioning, coordinating between technicians, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure schedule, safety, and quality meet expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in industrial or commercial settings.
• Willingness to travel to multiple project sites and stay on-site for extended periods.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of installation, start-up and commissioning processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of safety standards and site regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for equipment installation, start-up, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate installation and start-up with technicians and engineers to ensure proper scope execution.
• Oversee commissioning to ensure systems are tested, calibrated, and operational.
• Develop and manage project schedules and track milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams and resolve challenges or delays.
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor on-site safety and ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate project records and submit progress reports.
