Job summary

Jset is seeking a Project Manager specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS). This role demands daily on-site presence in Jeffersonville, OH, and requires extensive travel within a 100-mile radius of Columbus, OH.

The ideal candidate will lead construction projects, manage teams, and ensure the timely completion of construction tasks while upholding safety and quality standards. Candidates must have a strong background in industrial or data center construction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial construction or data center construction.
• Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead BMS and EPMS construction projects from kickoff through commissioning.
• Manage subcontractors, general contractors, and vendors.
• Direct Low Voltage Technicians and set daily field priorities.
