Jset is seeking a Project Manager for their data center construction projects located in Jeffersonville, OH. You will lead BMS and EPMS projects, managing subcontractors and ensuring safety and quality in all work performed on-site.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in industrial construction or data center environments and can handle project risks effectively while communicating with clients and subcontractors.

This role requires daily on-site presence in Jeffersonville with travel within a 100-mile radius of Columbus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial or data center construction.
• Proven track record in managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
• Strong grasp of electrical, mechanical, or controls construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead BMS and EPMS construction projects from kickoff through turnover.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors in fast-paced environments.
• Track project risks and maintain construction schedules.
