Qualifications

• A+ Certification preferred; strong knowledge of Windows/Mac environments and ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level1–Level2 on-site IT support for desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Escalate to SMEs and manage tickets with ITSM tools; ensure timely closure.
• Maintain and update ITSM records; assist with room for cross-coverage as needed.
• Support clinical/core applications and troubleshoot access/interoperability issues.
• Participate in after-hours on-call support as required.
