Job summary

Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) is seeking a Field Engineer to support Eastern Idaho construction projects on-site, ensuring execution within scope, budget, and schedule.

You will oversee field staff and subs, uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards, and back the Superintendent with planning and coordination. Responsibilities include updating drawings, preparing closeout documentation, and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders while promoting a strong safety

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction practices and materials.
• Ability to interpret contract documents (plans/specs/RFIs).
• Proven leadership, reliability and initiative.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and procedural support to the project management team.
• Maintain and update construction drawings, as-builts, RFIs, and official correspondence.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and officials to maintain relationships.
