Job summary

GrayWolf Industrial, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer for multi-site support in the heavy industrial sector. The role entails working closely with owners, engineers, field supervision and suppliers to plan work and resolve issues on-site.

It is a full-time, on-site position with a defined career path toward project management. The ideal candidate has a technical degree and 2–5+ years of construction experience, with strong scheduling, cost-tracking, and coordination abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or construction management field.
• 2+ years of multidisciplinary construction experience OR 5+ years in similar industrial construction roles.
• Safety certifications such as OSHA 10/30 are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with owners, engineers, and estimators to review scopes and contracts.
• Provide oversight of field activities to ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate construction activities with owners, engineers, and other contractors.
• Monitor productivity and track progress for payments and claims.
• Act as technical liaison for owners and engineers on site.
• Support project management with scheduling updates and status reporting.
