Blum is seeking a Field Engineer to oversee the physical construction of assigned projects with minimal supervision, ensuring high quality, profitability, and adherence to schedule. The role includes coordinating field activities, safety compliance, and reporting progress to the Superintendent and Project Manager.

You will work with field staff to mobilize the project, manage documentation, and maintain client relations while upholding Blum’s core values and safety standards on site.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Superintendent in all phases and aspects of the project(s).
• Provide support to Project Management Staff.
• Understand and implement field Best Practices, guidelines and programs.
• Assist in managing and documenting day-to-day job site activities including OSHA safety compliance.
• Direct field personnel according to the project plan and/or the Superintendent's direction.
• Communicate issues and job progress daily to the Superintendent.
• Report problems promptly to facilitate cost-effective solutions.
• Establish effective working relationships with clients.
