A-Line Staffing is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care / Urgent Care) for an on-site role in Lyndhurst, Ohio. This contract position offers career growth and a supportive environment focused on high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, necessary testing, and health counseling in a retail/clinic setting. On-call and weekend coverage may be required; travel could occur.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in the state of employment (in good standing).
• National Board Certification as FNP.
• BLS certification required.
• 1+ year NP experience in primary care, family or urgent care.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; autonomous work style.
• Experience using electronic medical records systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and family care: assessment, diagnosis, treatment and follow-ups.
• Perform routine examinations and support positive patient outcomes.
• Order/complete diagnostic tests and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients on lifestyle, screenings and preventive care.
• Complete clinic duties: opening/closing, inventory, follow-up, billing, cleanliness.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure consistent delivery across locations.
