Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience within the past five years.
• Experience managing operations, maintenance, and customer service in facilities of 400,000+ sq ft.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Contractor’s authorized representative, managing all operational aspects of the contract.
• Exercise independent financial authority for procurement up to 55,000.00 per occurrence.
• Oversee facility operations, maintenance, repair activities, and building alterations.
• Manage customer relations and ensure service quality aligns with contract requirements.
• Accept inspection reports, official documentation, and correspondence for the Contractor.
• Maintain on-site presence at the facility during core hours.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of building operations across a minimum of 400,000 sq ft.
