Job summary

Uline in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager for the Pleasant Prairie Distribution Center. Lead maintenance, security, grounds and custodial teams, and oversee contracted services at a hands-on, on-site facility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience with MEP, landscaping, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of maintenance, security, grounds and custodial workers.
• Assign duties in carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, HVAC, roofing and security.
• Routinely inspect buildings, sites and equipment for repairs and respond to emergencies.
• Work with vendors and oversee contracted services.
• Maintain records and prepare management reports (work orders, staffing, audits).
