Job summary

National CORE is seeking an on-site Facilities Manager for Huntington Villas in Los Angeles. The role oversees maintenance of the property and supervises the Resident Services team, ensuring timely repairs and project execution.

Responsibilities include budget adherence, coordinating maintenance work orders, and refurbishing apartments before resident move-in, with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in resident services and maintenance.
• Two to three years of supervisory experience.
• HVAC Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property in line with the approved budget and oversee maintenance projects.
• Supervise and assist with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and custodial tasks.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance work orders and ensure 24-hour turnaround.
• Inspect apartments and refurbish units prior to resident occupancy.
• Maintain inventories and ensure safety and cleanliness of common areas.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and Resident Services staff.
