Job summary

Van Metre Companies is seeking a Service Manager for West Pointe Apartments in Burlington, NC. This on-site role oversees the maintenance team and coordinates day-to-day operations to meet Van Metre standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of maintenance experience, supervisory skills, and EPA/CPO certifications, with responsibilities including budget management and coordinating contractors. Base salary ranges from $58,240 to $62,400 per year, with bonus potential and comprehensive

Qualifications

• 3+ years' of maintenance experience or valid training.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of appliance, electrical and plumbing repair.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC and electrical circuitry.
• Current OSHA, building and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance team members.
• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair and painting.
• Organize and manage required state and federal programs.
• Meet with and direct contractors as needed.
• Work with Property Manager to meet Van Metre standards.
• Manage the facility budget.
