Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers, electricians and HVAC technicians.
• Transport materials and equipment using a truck, forklift, or hydraulic lift.
• Set up and arrange furniture to optimize space.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
• Respond to on-site emergency calls to minimize disruption.
