You will work across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and central utility plant operations to keep systems running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in at least one craft area (Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations).
• Multi-skilled capabilities across building systems and equipment types.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire and life safety, and control systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance to optimize HVAC systems and equipment performance.
• Record readings and adjust equipment for proper operation of facility systems.
• Review client service summaries to identify recurring issues and resolve them.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality standards and pricing.
