ARMORWORKS ENTERPRISES INC in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking a Fabrication Manufacturing Engineer to support daily fabrication operations across laser cutting, waterjet cutting, press brakes, and related fabrication equipment. This hands-on role ensures equipment readiness, optimizes processes, and trains production teams to meet quality, delivery, and productivity goals.

Qualifications

Minimum: associate degree or equivalent, manufacturing environment experience.
Hands-on experience with laser cutting, waterjet, or press brake operations.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving on shop floor.
Strong communication with production and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Operate and support fabrication equipment (laser, waterjet, press brake, downstream processes).
Assist with daily setup, troubleshooting, and optimization; support changeovers and first-piece validation.
Monitor performance, resolve downtime issues, and coordinate preventive maintenance.
Act as liaison between Engineering and Production to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and maintain standard work instructions; train operators and maintain process documentation.
