Qualifikationen

• Reading blueprints and interpreting fabrication requirements.
• Basic welding or fabrication experience (school or prior work).
• Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Assist with fabrication tasks including cutting, grinding, deburring, and part preparation.
• Support machine operators with setups, staging materials, and part verification.
• Perform basic welding and fabrication tasks as assigned.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Conduct basic quality checks using measurement tools and document results.
• Assist with First Article Inspection (FAI) preparation and part verification.
• Package items for shipping.
• Move materials and parts throughout the shop to support workflow.
