Job summary

Ramp Health seeks a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to support an on-site wellness and safety program at a construction site in Sandusky, OH. You will deliver first aid, basic screenings, vaccines administration, and health education to workers, working with the lead nurse and safety team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS or ACLS certification required.
• Excellent clinical judgment and documentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing onsite needs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Preferred: experience in occupational health, wellness, or construction; venipuncture or respiratory FIT testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and document injuries with clear records.
• Maintain first aid supplies and clinic area in clean, organized condition.
• Coordinate emergency response with onsite EMTs or safety personnel.
• Document injuries, prepare reports, and assist with return-to-work assessments.
• Provide basic health screenings (BP, height, weight, BMI, etc.).
• Administer immunizations such as vaccines as applicable.
• Engage employees in health and wellness initiatives and lead group activities.
