Job summary

Quest Events is seeking an Event Installer to join our team. This customer service role emphasizes reliability and determination as you load and unload gear, set up drape, furniture, and hardware at event venues, and collaborate with crew leaders.

Expect flexible hours from 0 to 40+ per week depending on volume, with opportunities to progress to full time and advance professionally. You will deliver outstanding service on-site, follow safety procedures, and help ensure each event runs smoothly

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Able to manage multiple events with composure.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English.
• Professional appearance and reliable transportation.
• Punctual and able to work on-site with a team.
• Able to lift 62 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload company gear from vehicles and on jobsites.
• Participate in sets and strikes at event venues.
• Prepare daily activities in warehouse and on-site.
• Work with a Crew Leader and team of Crew Members.
• Complete warehouse tasks after on-site work.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout events.
