Job summary

You will assist with buffet and plated service, replenish stations, monitor food safety, and help with breakdown and cleanup. The position runs Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with occasional variation.

Qualifications

• Food preparation and F&B skills to support event menus and basic kitchen tasks.
• Food service experience at events (buffet, plated, or cocktail).
• Knowledge of food safety, handling, storage and sanitation.
• Strong customer service to interact with guests and clients.
• On-site work in Philadelphia, PA with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Attention to cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Effective communication in a fast-paced team environment.
• Catering/restaurant/hospitality experience preferred; HS diploma or equivalent beneficial.
