CTG is seeking an ETL Developer to design, build, and optimize data integration solutions in a multi-location on-site setting (Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC). This 12-month engagement focuses on data warehousing, governance, and regulatory reporting with enterprise-scale ETL using Informatica PowerCenter, DBT, and Snowflake.

You will translate requirements into scalable data pipelines, perform profiling and validation, and support deployments, testing, and environment migrations.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience designing and supporting enterprise ETL and data warehouse solutions.
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, DBT, Snowflake, and Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter, DBT, and Snowflake.
• Support enterprise data warehousing, data integration, and regulatory reporting initiatives.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable data integration solutions.
• Perform data profiling, source-to-target mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Optimize ETL workflows and troubleshoot production issues, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks.
• Conduct root cause and impact analysis for source system changes, database enhancements, and business rule modifications.
• Assess upstream and downstream dependencies across ETL processes, databases, reports, and applications.
• Support testing, UAT, deployments, monthly releases, and environment migrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain technical documentation supporting data governance, lineage, audit, and compliance requirements.
