Job summary

CTG, a Cegeka company, is seeking an ETL Developer to design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions for our client. Location options include Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; or Raleigh, NC with no remote work. This is a 12-month contract.

Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, DBT, and Snowflake; work with Oracle SQL/PLSQL on Unix/Linux; contribute to data warehousing, data governance, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting enterprise ETL, data integration, and data warehouse solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter, DBT, and Snowflake.
• Support enterprise data warehousing, data integration, and regulatory reporting initiatives.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable data integration solutions.
• Perform data profiling, source-to-target mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Optimize ETL workflows and troubleshoot production issues, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks.
• Conduct root cause and impact analysis for source system changes, database enhancements, and business rule modifications.
• Assess upstream and downstream dependencies across ETL processes, databases, reports, and applications.
• Support testing, UAT, deployments, monthly releases, and environment migrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain technical documentation supporting data governance, lineage, audit, and compliance requirements.
