Job summary

CTG is seeking an ETL Tech Lead to design, develop, and optimize enterprise data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter, DBT, and Snowflake. The role supports data warehousing, governance, and regulatory reporting in a complex environment.

You will analyze requirements, manage data quality, performance, and dependencies while collaborating with analysts, architects, and stakeholders. 12-month engagement with on-site locations in ATL/Charlotte/Raleigh.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise ETL and data integration solutions.
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, DBT, Snowflake, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and data warehouse environments.
• Ability to analyze complex data flows, source systems, and upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Experience with data quality, reconciliation, performance tuning, production support, testing, releases, and environment migrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain ETL and data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and DBT with Snowflake.
• Support enterprise data warehouse and regulatory reporting initiatives in complex environments.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable data integration solutions.
• Perform data profiling, source system analysis, rule validation, data reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Optimize ETL workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot ETL failures, production issues, data discrepancies, and bottlenecks through root cause analysis.
• Assess upstream/downstream dependencies across sources, ETL processes, databases, reports, and applications.
• Support testing, UAT, deployments, monthly releases, and environment migrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and support governance, data lineage, audit, and compliance.

Duration: 12 months

Duties

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise ETL and data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and DBT with Snowflake.
• Support enterprise data warehouse and regulatory reporting initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable data integration solutions.
• Perform data profiling, source system analysis, business rule validation, data reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Optimize ETL workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot ETL failures, production issues, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks through root cause analysis.
• Perform impact analysis and assess upstream/downstream dependencies across source systems, ETL processes, databases, reports, and applications.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment validation, monthly releases, and environment migrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data analysts, architects, and technical stakeholders.
• Maintain technical documentation and support data governance, data lineage, audit, and compliance requirements.

Experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
