Job summary

Select Search, LLC is seeking an Environmental Manager to provide strategic and tactical multi-site support for our Greenville-Spartanburg manufacturing operations, with a heavy emphasis on hazardous waste management and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the EHS Director, you will lead air, water, and waste programs, drive program changes, and mentor indirect environmental and safety professionals across sites.

Qualifications

• Education: BS degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related STEM field.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Site Environmental Compliance: Oversee and audit programs across multiple regional facilities to meet federal, state, and local regulations.
• Media Management: Manage Air, Water, and Waste programs including permitting, emissions, wastewater, stormwater, and waste handling.
• Hazardous Waste Leadership: Act as corporate expert on hazardous waste (RCRA) including storage, labeling, manifesting and disposal protocols.
• Program Leadership & Change Management: Design and implement robust environmental programs to elevate standards and drive cultural change.
• Team Influence: Guide indirect environmental and safety reports across sites.
