You will manage compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, develop policies, implement permits, and deliver training.

The role requires 3+ years in construction and 5+ years environmental experience with an employee-owned culture and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a construction environment preferred.
• 5+ years environmental experience.
• Onboarding background checks and compliance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of environmental compliance for field projects.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures.
• Implement environmental permits and plans.
• Develop and deliver environmental training programs for all levels of staff.
