Qualifications

• Solid track record in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience with environmental compliance programs, permitting, reporting, and audits.
• Experience implementing or driving environmental initiatives.
• ISO 14001 experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the environmental agenda for the Concord site.
• Ensure day-to-day compliance with environmental regulations and internal standards.
• Prepare and maintain environmental documentation, reporting, and records.
• Lead or support environmental audits and follow-up actions.
• Partner with maintenance, engineering, and operations on risk assessments and controls.
• Contribute to EHS training, communications, and culture-building.
• Support broader safety programs as needed.
