RevUp Campaigns is seeking an entry-level sales teammate for on-site work in Montgomery, AL. You will engage with prospective customers, present brand offerings, and support hands-on customer acquisition campaigns to drive growth.

Training is provided to develop sales skills, product knowledge, and confidence in representing client brands, with coaching focused on outreach, follow-ups, and collaborative messaging across marketing and campaign teams.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to create positive experiences and manage concerns professionally.
• Basic sales aptitude, including comfort with presenting, persuading, and handling objections in a structured environment.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple conversations, follow-ups, and campaign tasks efficiently.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new products and campaigns, and follow established processes and performance goals.
• High level of reliability, professionalism, and integrity, with a collaborative approach to working in an on-site team setting.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment; prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is helpful but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus.
