Responsibilities

• Performs basic work measurement assignments.
• Analyzes and suggests improved methods, systems, procedures and material flow.
• Prepares cost estimates and comparisons using established procedures.
• Prepares manpower estimates and related budget requirements for assignments.
• Assists in developing material handling and plant and office layout requirements.
• Interfaces with manufacturing personnel, project engineering and other functions to measure activity.
