Kaiser Permanente is seeking Call-In/On-Call Enrollment Specialist III professionals to educate employees, members, and prospective members about Kaiser Permanente's products and services at on-site events. This on-call role requires strong public speaking, presentation skills, and the ability to engage diverse audiences across service areas.

The position involves attending enrollment events, delivering formal presentations, and supporting enrollment performance reporting.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in marketing, business development, or managing B2B relationships is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging presentations to employees, members, and prospective members.
• Educate audiences on Kaiser Permanente products, services, and value.
• Attend employer, community, and enrollment events on a flexible, on-call basis.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to support enrollment and implementation processes.
• Monitor enrollment performance data and report discrepancies.
