Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking Call-In/On-Call Enrollment Specialist III professionals to educate employees, members, and prospective members about KP health plans during open enrollment, wellness, and new employee orientation events.

The role involves on-site presentations, answering questions, and highlighting membership benefits, with some remote work flexibility and travel to Kaiser sites. Strong public speaking and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related degree OR five (5) years of experience in marketing, business development, managing business-to-business relationships, or a directly related field.

Responsibilities

• Pursues effective relationships with others by proactively providing resources, information, advice, and expertise with coworkers and members.
• Completes work assignments autonomously by applying up-to-date expertise in subject area to generate creative solutions; ensures all procedures and policies are followed.
• Contributes to a positive customer experience by building relationships with brokers, channels and customers to demonstrate value and build commitment.
• Facilitates the enrollment and implementation process by conducting enrollment meetings and serving as an advocate during membership enrollment and implementation.
• Contributes to the development of sales strategy by designing plans for new products, benefits offerings, or pricing models independently.
