Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking Call-In/On-Call Enrollment Specialist III professionals to serve as on-site representatives during open enrollment, wellness, and new employee orientation events. You will educate employees, members, and prospective members about KP products, services, and benefits while delivering engaging presentations in a community-facing setting.

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and either (a) two years of marketing, business development, B2B relationships, or related field OR (b) five years of related experience.
• Knowledge of health plans or enrollment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Educate employees and prospective members about KP health plans and benefits.
• Deliver formal presentations at employer, community, and open enrollment events.
• Monitor enrollment performance data and respond to standard and non-standard questions and concerns.
