Gentex Corporation in Zeeland, Michigan, seeks an Engineering Project Manager II to lead multiple engineering disciplines in new product development and to coordinate with product management, program management, and customers to translate requirements into actionable roadmaps.

The role is on-site at Gentex facilities with 5+ years in engineering project/program management, and experience with DOORS, Jira, MS Project/Smartsheet, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in product development, software development, manufacturing, or testing in engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
• Experience leading System Engineering teams in product development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 2-4 Gentex Engineering disciplines in product development.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and communicate timelines with OEMs and customers.
• Transform requirements and technical specifications into implementation roadmaps, balancing agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Identify and remove roadblocks; drive decisions with stakeholders and teams.
• Release engineering artifacts including product software, BOM, and release notes.
