Gentex Corporation is seeking a Software Engineering Project Manager II to lead the engineering development of new products. This on-site role coordinates Mechanical, Hardware, Software, and System Engineering disciplines to deliver successful project outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in product development, software, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word/Outlook/Teams/Excel.
• Experience leading System Engineering teams in product development.
• Leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 2-4 Gentex Engineering disciplines in product development.
• Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and customers on timelines and specs.
• Transform requirements into implementation roadmaps balancing agile and waterfall to schedule and manage dependencies.
• Collaborate to ensure accountability and meet project/customer requirements.
• Communicate goals and progress to senior leadership.
• Release engineering artifacts per established processes.
• Teach and drive project management best practices.
