Job summary

Rochester Sensors LLC in Coppell, TX seeks an Engineering Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects from concept through completion on site. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to customer requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, at least 5 years of PM experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel up to 10% may be required; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestone timing, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional team alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Test Lab, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service.
• Monitor project performance and communicate status, risks, and milestones to management and stakeholders.
• Manage customer communications regarding project scope, timelines, deliverables, and change requests.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize delays, quality issues, and costs.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, metrics, and records.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PM effectiveness.
