Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Engineering (prefer Electrical or Electronic)
• Experience teaching undergraduate engineering/STEM students
• Curriculum and course development experience
• Lab and project-based learning with real hardware/tools
• Internships, co-ops, capstones, or workforce-aligned experiences
• Commitment to inclusion and access in STEM
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate engineering sciences and/or applied math courses using inclusive, active-learning approaches.
• Provide academic support for students, including scheduling, curriculum planning, and coordination with advising.
• Develop and deliver hands-on engineering electives (analog/digital circuits, microcontrollers/Arduino, practical design).
• Embed career readiness and workforce development into the curriculum with projects and industry collaboration.
• Advise and mentor students, helping them navigate pathways and translate experiences into internships.
• Use data on retention and feedback to inform improvements to courses and supports.
