CLEAResult is seeking a field-based energy auditor to serve the Boston area. You will act as a local on-site representative to residential customers, install energy-efficient equipment, perform audits, verifications, and data gathering within a defined territory.

Travel to cover the territory and support Account Managers in promoting retrofits or new construction. You will provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure program compliance while collaborating with clients and staff to

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of relevant industry experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• OSHA-10 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential energy audits.
• Record inspection results and interactions to meet program requirements.
• Provide updates to program staff on status.
• Troubleshoot issues per client specifications.
• Represent the program on-site to customers and contractors to encourage participation.
