Job summary

Hamilton Health Box is hiring an On-Site Clinician (OSC) in Hobart, OK. The OSC will manage daily clinical and administrative tasks, schedule follow-ups, deliver protocol-driven care, and coordinate with pharmacy and referral networks to ensure high-quality service.

Licensed EMT or Paramedic with BLS certification is required. The role emphasizes care navigation, workplace health programs, and community engagement, with travel between local clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed EMT or Paramedic required.
• BLS certification required prior to onboarding (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Knowledge of health topics such as smoking cessation, weight management, nutrition, stress reduction and chronic conditions.
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to ensure employee care and programs.
• Develop individualized health programs based on risk assessments.
• Assist with physicals, screenings, and follow-up exams.
• Schedule follow-ups and return-to-work exams; document progress.
• Coordinate referrals and document in medical records.
• Support health fairs and employee training sessions.
• Collect and interpret data on program utilization and outcomes.
• Provide counseling and care navigation to employees.
• Travel between clinics as needed.
