Job summary

JobSiteCare Inc. in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a Part-Time Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site EMT/Medic) to support construction-site workers with injury prevention, on-site medical care, and coordination with clinical teams.

The role requires BLS/CPR/First Aid, EMT preferred, and a commitment to independent field work. The position includes weekend shifts and a dynamic, mission-driven team with a focus on safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS, CPR, First Aid certified; EMT/NREMT preferred.
• 3–4 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field.
• Valid driver’s license; able to walk jobsite for up to 5 hours daily.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, administer first aid, and provide guided treatment under provider direction.
• Support case management through patient follow-ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination.
• Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients, on-site staff, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal care and communication.
• Serve as a resource for psychosocial support, applying a peer support model to assist site personnel.
• Lead proactive injury prevention initiatives, including “stretch and flex” programs and ergonomic coaching.
• Accurately document patient interactions and care in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Ensure the on-site medical facility remains clean, organized, and fully stocked with essential supplies.
• Collaborate with jobsite safety teams by supporting orientations, trainings, and additional assignments.
