Job summary

Cape Fox Concentric Methods is seeking Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) / First Responder professionals (PRN) to provide on-site safety monitoring and immediate BLS response during USPIS fitness exams in Des Moines, Iowa.

Candidates must hold current EMT-B and BLS certifications and have 1–2 years of field experience in fitness, athletic, or occupational settings. The position is non-exempt, with a per-hour rate of $35.82 for up to 40 hours weekly, plus 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Current state EMT-B certification is required.
• 1–2 years of field experience in fitness, athletic, or occupational environments.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Set Up and Break Down: Prepare and dismantle testing environments at assigned locations to ensure a safe and efficient operation.
• Health Monitoring: Monitor applicant health status during testing activities, responding promptly to any medical incidents that arise.
