Job summary

Cape Fox Concentric Methods is seeking on-site EMTs/First Responders (PRN) to monitor safety and provide immediate BLS during USPIS Physical Fitness Exams in the United States. Requires EMT-B and BLS certifications with 1–2 years of field experience.

Compensation includes $30.78 base hourly rate plus $5.04 health/welfare per hour, up to 40 hours weekly, plus a 401(k) match. Sessions are three hours long per event, with responsibilities ranging from health monitoring and first aid to incident

Qualifications

• Current EMT-B certification is required.
• 1–2 years of field experience in fitness/athletic/occupational settings.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down testing environments for safety and efficiency.
• Monitor applicant health status and respond to medical incidents.
• Provide first aid and basic emergency care (CPR, bleeding control, splinting) and request 911 when needed.
• Maintain readiness of the first aid kit and restock supplies.
• Document medical incidents thoroughly and coordinate follow-up with medical oversight.
• Assist in safety checks and preventative measures before and during testing.
• Tests are scheduled in 3-hour blocks with EMTs working three hours per event.
