ProgressiveHealth of Indiana, LLC is seeking a Program Coordinator – Emergency Medical Services to lead the on-site EMS program at a major industrial facility in Mount Vernon, IN. You will oversee EMTs, AEMTs, and Paramedics, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate 24/7 on-call support while driving staff development and client communications.

Qualifications

• Active EMT, AEMT or Paramedic license in Indiana (state license required).
• Current ACLS certification is required.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1–3 years of experience in an industrial setting preferred.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA requirements.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to supervise EMTs/Paramedics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of EMTs, AEMTs, and Paramedics assigned to the site.
• Ensure EMS staff follow site policies, client expectations, and Indiana EMS scope requirements.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and provide 24/7 on-call support as needed.
• Train staff on site policies, protocols, and equipment usage.
• Provide patient care support and emergency medical response as needed.
• Support OSHA and workplace health/safety programs and screenings.
• Manage scheduling, policy maintenance, reporting, and supply ordering.
• Review staff timesheets and ensure site budget alignment.
• Maintain accurate records and protect employee health information.
• Participate in client meetings and deliver run reports and program updates.
