Job summary

L.N. Curtis & sons is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Emergency Responder Equipment market from our Salt Lake City, UT facility. You will collaborate with the Outside Sales Team to build durable customer relationships and deliver solutions tailored to client needs.

This on-site role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A high school diploma is required; college degree preferred and 3–5 years of inside sales or customer service

Qualifications

• Team player with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Effective communicator with customer focus.
• Highly organized and detail oriented with multitasking ability.
• Ability to read and understand government contracts, POs, RFQs and RFPs.
• Ability to coordinate with internal/external teams to fulfill requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email, and in person.

• Learn product offerings by communicating with suppliers.
• Maintain a detailed product catalog and organized records.
• Process customer orders from start to finish using established systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
