Job summary

Motor Technology, Inc. is seeking a Full-time 1st Shift Electromechanical Field Service Technician I to perform on-site service, repair, alignment, balancing, and troubleshooting of industrial motors and rotating equipment.

The position reports to the field service team and works at customer locations within the service territory. You will review work orders, run tests, replace worn parts, perform laser alignments and dynamic balancing, collect vibration data, and document service activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 3+ years of experience with industrial electromechanical rotating equipment.
• Millwright experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain industrial electromechanical equipment at customer sites.
• Review work orders, test equipment, inspect components, and determine repair solutions.
• Replace worn parts, perform laser alignments and dynamic balancing, collect vibration readings.
• Maintain service documentation and communicate with customers about their equipment.
